Lowell Milken Moderates TAP Conference Panel: State Education Reform and the Role of Teacher Effectiveness

On Friday March 8th, 2013 TAP Chaiman and Founder Lowell Milken moderated the panel "State Education Reform and the Role of Teacher Effectiveness" in front of a crowd of over 1200 teachers, policy makers and journalists at the National TAP Conference in Washington, D.C.
