Davies Elementary third-grade teacher Catherine Randall was surprised with a Milken Educator Award. Students, staff and guests gave Randall a long, enthusiastic standing ovation when she took the microphone to accept the Award from Lowell Milken, chairman and co-founder of the Milken Family Foundation.
